TERMS OF SALE

  1. INTRODUCTION & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Dar To Dar (referred to as « we, » « us, » and « our ») is a Destination Management Company (DMC) operating exclusively in a B2B capacity. These terms govern the relationship between Dar To Dar and its Agent (referred to as « Agent, » « you, » and « your »). By making a booking, the Agent agrees to these terms and conditions, which form a binding part of the contract for services, whether oral or written.

Sabri Consultancy Services, located at 367, Avenue Louise, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, represents Dar To Dar in all commercial negotiations. For inquiries or negotiations, please contact Sabri Consultancy Services directly.

  1. VALIDITY OF PRICES
  • All prices are quoted in EURO and are valid as per the date shown on our price lists, quotations, and invoices.
  • Prices are guaranteed at the time of issuance but may change without prior notice due to market conditions, taxes, or currency exchange fluctuations.
  1. RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION
  • Reservations must be made through official channels (email only) and are subject to confirmation.
  • A reservation is finalized only upon written confirmation from a member of our team.
  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to secure a reservation. For high-season bookings, additional deposits may apply and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before arrival. Failure to adhere to payment deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking.
  • Emergency bookings made within 5 days of departure incur a €500 surcharge.

Payments must be made by Swift transfer to Dar To Dar’s designated bank account, as outlined in the invoice. All transfer-related bank charges are the Agent’s responsibility.

  1. CLIENT DOCUMENTATION
  • Upon confirmation, relevant documents (itineraries, vouchers, and tickets) will be provided via email.
  • Agents are responsible for ensuring that customers receive all necessary documentation. In cases where documentation is unavailable, passport details will suffice for service verification.
  • For requests to issue documents on behalf of the Agent, a written request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival, and additional charges may apply.
  1. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Terms:

  • Payments must comply with invoice terms. Delayed or incomplete payments will void the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following fees:
    • More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total cost, with a minimum of €500 per person.
    • Between 60 and 31 days before departure: 50% of the total cost, with a minimum of €1.000 per person.
    • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the Agent within 14 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

  1. COMPLAINTS HANDLING
  • Any disputes or complaints regarding services must first be resolved through negotiation with Sabri Consultancy Services or Dar To Dar.
  • If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in the destination where the issue occurred.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion, with supporting documentation.
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
  • Dar To Dar acts as an intermediary between the Agent and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, and local operators). We are not liable for any breach of service or unsatisfactory performance by third parties.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any additional expenses or damages arising from delays, accidents, political actions, or events beyond our control.
  1. FORCE MAJEURE
  • In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, bookings may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled.
  • Refunds or credits for future travel may be offered at our discretion, depending on the situation.
  1. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data may be shared with service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling bookings.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Tunisian jurisdiction.
